DescriptionAmazon Advertising's Brand Innovation Lab is looking for a talented and passionate Interactive Experience Designer to create first-class customer experiences both on and offline. Our team is focused on helping advertisers promote their brands in new ways on Amazon through creative and innovative solutions.Key job responsibilities

Collaborate with creative teams to craft advertising campaign UX and Visual Design across several digital touch points, including Amazon.com, FireTV, and Alexa

Deliver high and low-fidelity UX flows and interactive prototypes, articulating non-linear experiences

Collaborate across multiple teams to drive implementations of all types (video, digital, voice integration, AR, VR, etc.)

Work with program managers to ensure timelines, resources, and budget allocations meet project scope

Deliver multi-channel brand solutions of the highest standard that balance advertiser goals (KPIs) with customer goals (frictionless commerce)

Review market developments and industry trends and identify potential opportunities for Amazon Advertising

Create ideas and executions that can become scalable executions (and revenue streams) in the future

Build strategic business partnerships with your clients, inspiring and exciting them about our creative work and our delivery on their brand promise

Create a clear vision for creative solutions and ensure this vision is clearly communicated and understood with both clients, planning, and the account team

Articulate and defend strategic thinking and creative direction to internal and external stakeholders.

Educate, inspire and motivate colleagues across the organization to help them understand, protect, and sell the strongest customer experience clients

A day in the lifeIn response to advertiser and end-customer needs, from inception through launch, you will be a design owner. Responsible for delivering ambitious concepts, using data to iterate and improve them, translating needs and constraints into simple, intuitive, customer-focused solutions. You are equally effective at concept and execution, articulating end-to-end experiences, and turn that vision into high-quality design deliverables such as user interface designs for voice and screen, interaction models, design specs, prototypes, and interactive advertising campaigns. You balance your passion for inspired, compelling, elegant and intuitive designs with a highly analytical nature, precise execution, and a drive to design, build and deliver.About the teamYou will work under the guidance of Brand Innovation Lab's US Head of Design Technology and Experience Design, collaborating closely with other creatives (including art directors, copywriters, and fellow designers), design technologists, and program managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with both internal partners (including Sales, product, and engineering teams) and external stakeholders to deliver innovative results through all stages from concept development to final execution.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:New York, NY, USABasic Qualifications

3+ years of Figma experience

Experience building Figma libraries and widgets

3+ years of ad agency experience

Preferred Qualifications

Motion design and Lottie experience

3D design in Blender or Cinema 4d

Experience creating AR and VR solutions

The Role We have an opportunity for a Designer to join our Faade Practice. This individual will be responsible for the detailing of facades and running relevant analyses, materials and systems research, and coordinating project work with the team. Must be conscientious and creative, detail-oriented and professional with attentiveness to client communications. Responsibilities Analyzes faade performance with specialized software (i.e. loading, thermal analysis, condensation risk, geometry). Role will be 100% remote, candidates will be able to support their own time zone, but must be willing to support PST hours for training in the first 4 weeks. Start date will be 6/10/2024.
