We're looking for a MAC Specialist to join our growing Service Desk team. You'll be responsible for performing trouble call resolution, diagnosis of complex problems, advanced problem resolution, customer support follow-up, and professional interaction with other IT employees, co-workers, and outside vendors.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Mac hardware and software problems.
- Answer Mac application how-to questions.
- Primary support of Creative/Digital Media Teams
- Troubleshoot SMB file sharing permission issues.
- Upgrade Mac hardware and software and standardize Mac imaging/deployment with Casper.
- Software patch management.
- Troubleshoot VPN eToken issues, certificates.
- Resolve Universal Type client font issues.
- Wireless connectivity.
- Printing issues, Adobe Creative Suite, Creative Cloud support.
- AD account lockouts, binding and unbinding, adding and removing computers within AD.
- Troubleshoot Apple iOS devices and support devices with InTune MDM.
- Patch management, policies for management on Macs via Jamf, software updates, upgrades.
- Test new hardware, software releases and create training documentation for ITSD and end users.
