The candidate will be required to look across the entire environment to aid continuous improvement with the state and supportability of respective systems.
Build and maintain relationships with our stakeholders
Work closely with Development and TI teams to ensure that issues and defects are reported and actioned and meet business requirements and timelines
Work closely with other MAPS team members across the regions to ensure consistent service delivery and standardisation
Improve documentation of support policies and procedures.
Respond to requests and inquiries from CIO & TI teams within pre-determined timeframes of our service level agreement
Identify solutions to work around open issues / problems that are under investigation or pending resolution
Work directly with our end users for any support related issue
Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 8 years of experience
