job summary:

Fintech client is looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Lead to join our team and be an active contributor in building our Java-based trading platform.


Fast-paced organization that rapidly develops and releases software.


We're looking to augment our QA team to help balance the output of our growing development organization.


You will be required to gain a broad understanding of our technology stack to help write and execute test plans for product releases, contemplating the interactions between components.


You will also be required understand complex functional requirements that accompany a front to back electronic trading system in order to write and execute robust test cases, creatively identifying various tests to validate the functionality of specific features.

salary: $150,000 - 160,000 per year

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• At least five years of work experience in software quality assurance
• Test Case Design, Planning and Implementation
• Experience working with Java applicaitons
• Prior experience building and leading a quality assurance organization desired
• Well organized work habits with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology, equivalent industry experience acceptable
