Role: Tier II Technical Support Engineer Location: New York City Salary: Up to $70,000 DOE

Are you looking for a new challenge within one of the States fastest growing IT solutions and services providers? This award-winning organisation are looking for an experienced Tier II Technical Engineer to join their expanding IT support network. Your main responsibilities will include looking after a range of clientele within industries from Education and Retail to Construction and Professional services.
As a Tier II Engineer, you will be expected to split your time between providing remote BAU support and on-site project work for their city-wide based clients. This company will offer key training opportunities, and a clear progression path for your career, including paid certifications.
Essential Skills: - 3+ years in Managed Services Environment supporting clients up to Tier II level BAU issue resolutions and project support experience Windows server 2012, 2016 or 2019 Windows desktop 7/8/10 Office365 administration and migrations Networking - configuration of routers, switches & firewalls Virtualised environment support - VMware or Hyper-V Experience with Cloud solutions
Desirable: - Professional certifications - CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco etc. Computing or equivalent subject degree Storage Solutions
