Winona’s is looking for an experienced line cook to join our small and dedicated BOH team. The ideal candidate would have solid kitchen experience in a fast paced environment as well as some technical expertise for prep and production. Organization and cleanliness are key, as is good communication skills and a respectful demeanor. Experience working with seasonal produce and specialty ingredients is a plus.
