BARTENDER SERVERS BUSSERS BARBACKS – HIGH VOLUME TIMES SQUARE BAR/RESTAURANT-UPSCALE

The bartenders and servers are responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience through expert beverage preparation, attentive service, and thorough knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits as well as the menu. These roles require efficiency, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while ensuring each guest feels welcomed and cared for.
MUST HAVE HIGH VOLUME & TOAST POS SYSTEM EXPERIENCE FOR CONSIDERATION RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets guests in a warm, welcoming manner and takes beverage and food orders promptly.
Prepares and serves classic and signature cocktails with consistency and precision.
Provides knowledgeable recommendations on wine, beer, and spirits, including food pairings.
Processes orders through the TOAST POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintains the cleanliness, organization, and full stocking of the bar at all times.
Observes guests and ensures satisfaction; anticipates additional needs and responds promptly.
Follows proper procedures for serving alcohol responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
Assists servers and barbacks as needed to ensure smooth service flow. You must look, talk and act professional. We're an upscale bar & restaurant, not a casual pub.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2–3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume upscale restaurant.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
Excellent mixology skills and ability to craft balanced, consistent drinks.
Outstanding oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be a team player and demonstrate organizational skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of TOAST POS System required.
Food handlers certificate a big plus
Open availability (AM & PM shifts), including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
