We’re looking for skilled, passionate bakers to join a new Italian–French inspired bakery opening soon in Crown Heights.
Our team currently operates a beloved café in the neighborhood, a concept grocery project, and a dinner bistro in the East Village — this next opening continues that evolution into the world of bread, pastry, and wellness.
Expect to work with naturally leavened doughs, laminated pastries, and seasonal, ingredient-driven recipes — rooted in European tradition but made for Brooklyn.
Ideal candidates:
Experience with Italian and/or French pastry or bread making
Strong respect for craft, ingredients, and repetition
Organized, collaborative, and calm under pressure
Early morning availability
We’re a small, design-minded group focused on quality, creativity, and community.
Full-time and part-time roles available.
