We’re looking for an Assistant Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of memorable events from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events

Communicate with internal teams

Help manage event timelines, schedules, and logistics

Handle administrative tasks and post-event follow-ups

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Prior event planning or coordination experience is a plus but not required
