we are new country, music venue opening this fall, we will be open five nights a week with live music.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the owner to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving company goals, improving productivity, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Owner in the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Handle customer service issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Lead by example and create a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability.

Qualifications:
- previous management experience required.
- Proven experience in a management or leadership role, preferably within the service industry.
