Job description
Assisting with overseeing all aspects of the staffing of the restaurant and supervision of hourly employees. In particular:
Determine appropriate staffing levels.
An awareness of staffing trends, upcoming seasonal business changes, and any other events, or issues which may have an impact on business, is essential.
A minimum of 1 years fine dining/premium casual restaurant experience required
Passionate about food & beverage
Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Detail oriented
Computer literacy to include: open table / Resy
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, customer service oriented and proactive
Able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Participates in teamwork and assists other departments when needed
Maintains a fun and energetic attitude at all times
Possesses a proven track record for guest
This is a entree level Manager position
The compensation is a hourly and will be determined by experience
