We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.
SALARY: 65K
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance performance and teamwork.
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards.
- Participate in staff scheduling and shift management.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role, preferably in a full-service establishment.
- Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and dining culture is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
