We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic an early morning (starts at 4am!) back of house staff to join our dynamic team. Must be legal to work in the US. We are a small family business and looking for someone that can help with everything around the kitchen. Must be able to lift 50lbs and be on its feet all day. This is an early morning shift and weekend as well.
Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and baking under the guidance of the kitchen team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
Stock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications as directed by chefs.
Support other kitchen staff in various tasks as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
This is for an early morning shift, starting at 4am. If you are not a morning person, this is not for you!
Weekends a must.
Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
