With that being said the prospective must:
1. Be able to work in a quick-paced environment throughout the day in the most efficient and effective way (getting out the customers as quickly as possible and getting all orders correctly
2, Candidate MUST HAVE 3 YEARS experience in the Bagel Shop/Deli Industry
-minimum 3 years experience working in a Bagel/Deli establishment.
3. Must be a team player and work well with a team and alone when need be.
Most importantly: MUST BE ENERGETIC and efficient and be cordial with everyone.
This is a great stable long term position for the right candidate with plenty of potential for financial advancements.
