Essential duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sanitizing soiled dishes, light food prep as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
- Set-up sandwich station.
- Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
- Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
- Changes water of sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels.
- Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
- Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
Requirements:
- Must be able to be at work at 7am
- Must be able and willing to work flexible shifts. Weekend availability is required
- Be on time to work
- Have a good work ethic
Must be legally authorized to work in the united states with valid working papers
