Unregular Bakery is on the lookout for a passionate, experienced Baker Partner to join our team and help take our bakery to the next level! As a partner, you’ll be involved in the creative and business aspects of our up-and-running bakery, contributing to product development, wholesale expansion, and day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves baking, has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and is ready to invest and become a part-owner in the growth of an innovative bakery with unique offerings and a dedicated clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production and ensure the highest quality of baked goods, including artisanal bread, pastries, and specialty items.
- Collaborate on new product development and menu innovation.
- Lead the growth of our wholesale segment, managing client relationships, and fulfillment.
- Manage ingredient inventory, ordering, and maintain cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other kitchen staff, maintaining a supportive and positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker, with a deep knowledge of baking techniques and processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for the baking industry and an interest in business growth and strategy.
- Willingness to take on a hands-on role in the bakery and lead by example.
- Interest in buy-in options for ownership, including revenue-sharing and equity.
