We are a high end, wholesale bakery, looking for a prep cook.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 year experience working in pastry production. We are a wholesale bakery specializing in cakes, cookies, quick breads, scones, etc.
We offer a full time 4 day work week with all daytime shifts and every Saturday off.
Candidates must:
have great attention to detail
have at least 1 year experience working in a fast paced, high volume kitchen environment
be extremely reliable
we are a 5 minute walk from the L train
