Kent Ale House an established craft beer and sports bar is seeking a seasoned bar back who will also run food and drinks and buss tables
Position is for Saturday and Sunday so don't apply if not able to work those days.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Ability to listen to and follow instruction as laid out by manager or superiors
- Keeping bar clean during service and cleaning the entire bar after closing if on that shift
- Prepping and restocking beer, liquor, fruits, garnishes etc.
-Controlling keg room pars, rotating kegs, cleaning and restocking
-Mixing batches for frozen drink machine and keeping machine clean
-Preparing syrups and garnishes for cocktails
- Running food and drinks from service to tables
- Bussing of tables and bar throughout the night
- Washing and rolling flatware
- Washing dishware and glasses
-Ensuring bathrooms are kept clean and stocked throughout the night
-High-volume experience is a must as we get extremely busy without warning
-An eye for detail, with a strong work ethic
