Bar Francis is a craft cocktail bar in Clinton Hill/Fort Greene, focused on a high quality cocktail program with small bites, and quality service without pretension. Applicants must be able to manage a floor & bar, and communicate with a team, all while providing an enjoyable environment for our guests. Starting pay is $12.50/Hr with tips. Bartenders must have open availability, for three or four shifts a week. Bartenders should have at least 3 years relevant cocktail bartending experience, and a well-rounded knowledge of spirits and cocktails. An interest/experience in cocktail creation is encouraged and opportunities for menu placements and cocktail specials are provided. All bartenders are expected to cross-train for floor service, as well as bar prep & production (juices, syrups, specialty ingredients, etc). Bartenders must be able to lift 50lbs.
