Bar Operations:
Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service during high-volume periods.
Will report to the General Manager.
Customer Experience:
Foster a fun and entertaining atmosphere for patrons.
Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and have a memorable experience.
Staff Management:
Manage bar staff.
Coordinate shifts to meet business demands.
Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with staff and management.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve customer and staff conflicts promptly and professionally.
Create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Problem Solving:
Identify and address operational challenges to improve efficiency.
Implement solutions to enhance overall bar performance.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to NYC DOH regulations and standards.
Monitor and uphold hygiene and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience in bar management, particularly in high-volume settings.
Familiarity with diverse beverage offerings and trends.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Certifications:
Must possess a valid NYC DOH Food Protection Certificate.
Availability:
Flexibility to work late nights and weekends as needed.
