Requirements:
Fluent in Italian and/or Spanish & English
5+ years experience in Italian restaurants in NYC
Exceptional communication skills
Strong leadership and hospitality abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently
Experience managing a high-energy dining room
A passion for delivering top-tier customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience
Expert knowledge of Italian wines and spirits
