We are looking for an experienced barback to join our team!
We are looking for someone who can
● Set up wells and bar to NRM standards
● Account for all equipment and supplies; return restaurant items to storage areas, arrange for return of rented materials.
● Greet guests and be present throughout their experience to assist where needed whether it be another round of drinks, napkins, water, food.
● Communicate all needs to the manager including office supplies, food and beverage supplies and any
other special event needs.
● Help other team members with opening and closing side work checklists for shifts daily
● Resolve guest complaints by finding a way to say yes; involves the manager on duty as needed
● Able to recognize and identify any potential security situations and inform security prior to it becoming elevated
● Able to communicate and coordinate with the security team
● Maintain proper loss prevention standards, including cash handling procedures, accurate deposits and safe procedures
● Promote and practice safe work habits; identify and communicate potential safety hazards; ensure accidents are
documented following proper procedures
