Frying Pan Brooklyn in Industry City is hiring an energetic, industrious individual for the FOH position of Barback
This position has 3 to 4 shifts at this time
Some shifts will end after midnight.
The bar is in an outdoor courtyard, so the shifts will include indoor and outdoor responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Lifting and tapping beer kegs
Stocking bar goods
Organizing liquor bottles
Assisting bartenders with service
Bussing and sanitizing tables
Handling dirty plates and carrying bus buckets
Running food to tables
Making syrups and juice mixers according to recipes
Talking to guests and providing service at tables
Trash service, bar mat cleaning, sweeping, and mopping duties
Lifting at least 30 pounds
