Looking for solid and passionate baristas only. We are a very busy multi-roaster coffee shop hyper focused on customer service and specialty coffees. The candidate must be high energy and customer service oriented. All training provided from beginner to advanced barista skillsets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Friendly and warm customer service is a non negotiable requirement
- High level of Common Sense, Focus and Adaptability is a must.
- Must be passionate about all things coffee and most importantly a coffee drinker
- Open availability is a must, including WEEKENDS.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs on a daily basis
- Be able to work and on your feet for atleast 6hrs straight
- New York food license
- 25+hrs/week
- starting rate $16/hr +tips, regardless of experience.
- pay rate is reviewed quarterly on the 1st year based on quality and consistency of performance.
