Job description
The right individual is a person that is enthusiastic about coffee, espresso in particular, making exceptional cappuccinos, REQUIRED: min 2 years of Barista experience.
We greet everyone with a smile from start to finish.
We are a family owned business and treat our staff with courtesy, respect and professionalism and require the same from all our employees. No drama and no negativity. Knowledge of Italian language and culture are plus. Weekends shifts are a must.
There will be a lot of growing potential for the right person.
Qualifications/Skills:
Exceptional knowledge of Italian espresso drinks making
Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple orders at the same time maintaining a friendly and calm attitude.
Organizational skills
Accuracy and time management in executing tasks
Cleanliness of the work space at all times
Professional appearance at all times
Ability to follow directions and instructions religiously
Education and Experience Requirements:
AT LEAST two years of experience as a Barista
Basic knowledge of Italian ingredients and products
Food handlers license a plus
