Compensation: We guarantee $20 per hour, which means we pay $15 per hour. If your tips do not reach $20, we cover the difference. With that said, they've never fallen short.

As a barista at Textbook Coffee, you'll be right in the thick of it all, helping us deliver top-notch coffee, food, and drinks to our wonderful customers. We're after folks who are friendly, love to chat with customers, and never settle for anything less than excellent service.
Here, sticking to our tried-and-true methods is super important. We're all about doing things the right way, every time. So, we need team members who can juggle tasks, keep things organized, and manage their time like a pro. If you've got at least a year of barista experience and a food handler's license, that's a big plus.
But that's not all – at Textbook, you'll get to try your hand at all sorts of things, from making fresh juices to whipping up slushies, and, of course, keeping everything sparkling clean. Plus, you'll often assist in baking, adding that extra touch of homemade goodness to our offerings. We're a tight-knit bunch who believe in teamwork and making work fun.
You'll be working a four-day week, and you've gotta be up for some evening and weekend shifts. We're on the hunt for someone who's hands-on, can roll with the punches, and always brings their A-game.
