We are a woman-owned coffee shop/restaurant looking for a barista to join our small team! We are located in an amazing community and would love an enthusiastic person to help maintain a positive work place. At least one year barista experience necessary as well as the ability to maintain a clean space and work with a friendly team. We love our customers and strive to give the best service even when it gets overwhelming so no bad attitudes please. Looking for someone with that hustle as it can get hectic during peak hours.
This position is responsible for taking food/drink orders, handling the register, making all coffee drinks & helping with prep work in the down time (making syrups, stocking, help kitchen with misc). We need someone that can execute espresso drinks quickly and efficiently as you would be the only barista on a shift and have a fun but extensive drink menu.
We work hard, have fun and split tips evenly as a team. 3-4 shifts per week, 8 hour morning/day shifts starting at either 7am or 8am. Weekend availability a must!
$19/hour + Tips which average about $50-100 per shift.
DOH Food Handlers License a plus.
