We are seeking an experienced Counter/ Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
- Operate POS system for order taking and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee and plating stations, and dining area
- Assist in food preparation and service as needed
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Qualifications
- Previous ONE YEAR experience in a cafe is required.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong work ethic
- Certification in food service or food safety is advantageous

Must be available to work weekdays/weeknights, and weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50-17.00 per hour(plus tips)
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
