Ceremonia Bakeshop is a busy small family owned & operated bakery. We make & bake everything fresh in house. We also offer quality coffee, espresso & tea. We are currently searching for a passionate & experienced barista/front counter server to join our growing team team. This person will provide customer service, execute beverages and help ensure operation is running smoothly. They will also be responsible for keeping track of inventory as well as other tasks.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- at least 2 years experience in a cafe setting
- strong knowledge on coffee
- experience with coffee art
- experience with dialing in machine & maintaining consistent espresso extraction
- excellent customer service & communication skills
- experience with pos systems & delivery systems
- open availability, weekends required
- ability to work in a team setting
- ability to adapt, learn and work under pressure
- ability to maintain a hygienic work environment & cleaning routinely while following safety & security measures
