We are seeking an experienced, talented and passion driven individual that has the ability to motivate, inspire, train and be the leader to fill this position of full-time Restaurant Manager in Midtown west near Madson Square Garden. Our hospitality group currently has three venues open in the midtown West/Hells Kitchen area and we are expanding this fall with a brand new Italian restaurant. Our current venues are Juniper and Bourbon & Branch
Candidate must have strong communication skills, organized, enforce policies and procedure, positive attitude/energy and strong understanding of the bar/restaurant industry. Also, candidate should have a strong beer, wine spirit and food knowledge for ordering and possible menu changes as seasons change.
In this position we are seeking an individual whom is willing and able to train the staff with great communication skills, work directly with our Executive chef on menu ideas and food quality, maintain relationships with our current clientele and for someone to bring new fresh ideas to the table when it comes to wine/beer and spirits. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the industry and enjoys an extremely fast paced environment for happy hour, private corporate events and full dining. As the night manager we are looking for the perfect presence on the floor to help motivate and guide the staff who can listen and also teach.
This is a full time restaurant position for 5 days a week. Job Type: Full-time
