East Harlem Bottling Co., an American gastropub, is looking for an experienced hospitality professional – bartender with the ability to also work the floor as a server. Must be available to bartend Saturday and Sunday brunch. Must be available an additional 1-3 shift positions, day and/or night. We are looking to add energetic, hard working team player to join our committed staff in bringing personal and attentive service and quality food and beverage to a fun and appreciative blend of regulars, neighbors and NYC visitors.
Looking for: punctual, responsible, experienced and energetic applicants. Must have experience navigating in busy environments.
Need to : Know basic front of house steps of service; have a knowledge of craft beer, classic & signature cocktails and old/new world wines; and feel comfortable talking to guests about food menu details.
Ideal candidate has worked at least 3-4 years as a NYC bartender and is comfortable in fast paced environment.
Willing to learn: Weekly changes in beer, cocktails, wine, and food items
