Seeking a bartender/server for a full-time schedule. Dinner shifts are 3pm - close, Sunday brunch shift is 10am-6pm
We are a small establishment with a small staff. Once you are on the schedule, there is no calling out. There is no coming late. There will be no one to cover you. Days off must be scheduled in advance with a manger.
If you want a steady, long-term job, with a set schedule and a solid income, this is a great position for you. We want someone who is looking for a "home" and who wants to be comfortable in their place of work for a long time.
We are seeking a super bartender who really enjoys the craft of bartending. Although we have a set drink menu, there is opportunity to create drink specials or make different types of cocktails as per customer request. You must be someone who is also able to do serving a couple shifts per week. We believe in team work, and our server/bartenders learn both positions so that service goes as smooth as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You must have at least 3 years of bartending experience.
-You must have at least 3 years of serving experience at full-service restaurants.
- You must be courteous, upbeat, and professional when speaking to the customers.
-You must be excellent at managing time for each customer: making sure orders are put in right away and that tables are turned quickly without rushing your customers' dining experience. Upselling rounds, and taking care of your customers.
- You must be excellent at working within a team. You must be able to communicate clearly with the bartender or server, kitchen staff, and management to ensure that service runs smoothly each night.
-You must have a clean appearance and excellent personal hygiene.

- You will be required to do shift work: prepping garnish, set-up and break-down of bar and dining room, cleaning the dining room and menus, wrapping silverware sets, nightly clean and weekly deep clean of bar and dining room. Cleanliness is very important to us!
