Plein Air is a tiny neighborhood restaurant in Ridgewood seeking an experienced FOH candidate to join our small team. Bartending experience is required but we will give preference to someone willing to work a mix of bar and floor shifts. Our menu focuses on fresh seasonal vegetables and thoughtful preparations of seafood and meat.
Candidates must carry NYC Food Handler's Certification, interest in food/beverage/service, and a solid foundation in classic cocktails. Barista skills are also helpful. Tips are pooled weekly at Plein Air and distributed among most of the team, including some BOH. We value the quality of our offerings, professionalism of our team, and genuinely warm service to our guests.
The following schedule is required:
Weds, Thurs, and Fri from 3:30 - 11:30
Sunday from 12 - 7pm
