Job Description: As a Bartender at Leonard's Palazzo, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and crafting exquisite cocktails. The ideal candidate should possess a deep knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation, have a friendly and engaging personality, and be committed to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Provide a high level of customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations when necessary.
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during events.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume and upscale environment is preferred.
Proficient knowledge of cocktail mixing and drink preparation.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
TIPS or similar alcohol service certification is a plus.
