Bartender Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the highest standards of taste and presentation.
- Maintain bar stock and inventory.
- Greet customers and present beverages, cocktails and and any questions.
- Create a positive bar atmosphere and clean back bar.
- Collaborate with management & assist other staff members when need be.
Bartender Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a reputable restaurant or culinary establishment.
- Bartender certification or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Creativity in crafting cocktails and serving beverages.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Must be 21yrs old or older.
Server Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests.
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address inquiries.
- Maintain a clean dining area.
Server Requirements:
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Availability for flexible shifts.
- Minimum 18 years old.
