Key Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Accurately process orders and payments, including cash, credit/debit transactions, and digital payments.
Provide clear information on menu items and promotions.
Maintain a clean and organized register area.
Assist with keeping the dining area and front of the house in order.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed with a positive attitude.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (must be able to communicate effectively with diverse customers).
Flexible Schedule: Must be available for both AM and PM shifts, including weekends.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
