Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes, including omelets, pancakes, eggs Benedict, and other classic breakfast items.
Maintain consistency, speed, and quality in food preparation and presentation.
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.
Manage prep work and ingredient organization for smooth service.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to execute a seamless breakfast service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a breakfast line cook or executive chef specializing in breakfast.
Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques, including egg preparation and griddle work.
Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for cooking.
Culinary training or relevant experience preferred.
