We are looking to hire an experienced full time evening shift lead. Responsibilities include but are not limited to cashier / food runner / barista at a fast paced, high volume speed.
We are looking for team members who are serious about local & sustainable food, excellent coffee, and building community.
Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 2 - 8:30 p.m.
Must have excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of hospitality
Strong communication skills and a friendly and outgoing demeanor
Ability to be flexible and assist fellow team members & upper management
Ability to delegate tasks and multitask under pressure
Previous experience working at a fast paced, high volume cafe (or restaurant) greatly preferred!
Previous barista experience not required but greatly preferred!
