We are looking for a shift lead/captain who wants to build a career with us in the restaurant & hospitality industry! Previous experience (2+ years at a minimum) as a server/bartender/busser required. Opportunity to grow into an assistant manager in the long term for someone motivated, reliable, and excited to take on leadership responsibility in a fast paced environment.

-Must be able to work 6-7 days a week
-Team player with strong communication skills
-Positive attitude under pressure
-Punctual and consistent with attendance
-Must have consistent & reliable transportation
-Preference for candidates that live within 30 minutes of Throgs Neck
-Bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish preferred
