Position: Pizza Crew

Reports To: Pizza Station Manager

Pizza Crew are the craftsmen of DOP’s identity — every stretch, every bake, every slice represents the brand. This role is about precision, teamwork, and flow. You’ll work alongside some of the most disciplined pizza makers in New York, executing DOP’s dough, topping, and bake systems to perfection.

What You’ll Do

Execute the DOP dough, topping, and bake SOPs with precision — every gram matters.

Learn and master the Dimple & Tension stretch method to produce consistent 18–19” pies.

Work the oven under guidance until proficient, then progress to independent bake management.

Communicate ticket flow with FOH and Counter Crew to maintain speed and accuracy.

Maintain a clean, organized station and uphold DOH standards.

Assist Prep with dough balling and production as needed.

Monitor oven condition; report maintenance issues immediately.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a professional pizza or kitchen environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail, clean work habits, and composure under pressure.

Passion for craft — consistency, repetition, precision.

Clear communicator and dependable teammate.

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Food Handler’s Certificate required by Tier 3 (DOP reimburses on completion).
