The ideal entry level manager is a confident decision-maker who is ready to learn. The candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 years' restaurant experience in fast food and/or restaurant industry and is an excellent communicator both in written form and verbally. S/he will be willing to lead a team during each shift and assistant with training team members.
The position includes:
Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures and safe working procedures
Manage food and labor costs
Execute company policies and procedures
Monitor inventory levels
Provide proper training of team members
Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations
Report directly to the General Manager.
The candidate will maintain a professional appearance while providing excellent customer service with his/her restaurant team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

2. One-year experience handling money desired

5. Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
6. Willing to work a 40 -50-hour week
7. High School Diploma or GED
8. Two years' restaurant experience in any position
