BARTENDER MANAGERS
Must work fast and be able to keep up with high volume
Must have liquor, cocktail experience, craft beer and wine knowledge
Must have minimum 4 years of NYC or comparable experience
Must be able to work at least 4/5 shifts at least per week including weekends
- Personable and Approachable
- Can read a customers needs and knows how to engage in proper conversation
- Fast and detail oriented
- Must be able to learn to open for the lunch shift and close for dinner
Strong plus: Having a New York Food Handlers’ Certificate. Aldelo POS knowledge a plus. Must have open availability, weekends and holidays.
