We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to jump in and work side-by-side with the team. This role is much more hands-on than managerial, and perfect for someone who enjoys being active on the floor.
Responsibilities include:
Actively assist with daily restaurant operations, both Front of House and Back of House
Package orders, check accuracy, and help move tickets quickly during rushes
Take phone orders, handle delivery platforms, and help customers at the counter
Maintain high-quality service and ensure every guest has a great experience
Respond quickly and professionally to customer concerns
Support kitchen staff when needed (prep, stocking, running food, etc.)
Help organize and supervise shifts by working directly with the team
Train staff on customer service, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness standards
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety procedures
Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and running efficiently
Assist with inventory needs and communicate supply shortages
Help control waste and maintain smooth operations on busy days
Perform light administrative tasks as needed (basic reports, checks, etc.)
