Leading all departments for a successful daily service on the floor and with our on-demand delivery services
Working closely with the Owner to ensure projects, company values and objectives are met on a daily basis
Manage the company P and L to ensure spend is aligned with sales
Scheduling staff to meet labor guidelines
Opening / Closing Procedures
Maintains a DOH and COVID compliant kitchen at all times by ensuring all food handling, sanitation, and food safety requirements are being followed
>Service Oriented Manager - Manage a busy service with composure, organization and friendly interactions with our staff and guests
>Pro-Active Mindset - Ability to problem solve quickly and put systems in place to prevent potential issues that may arise
>Staff Development: Lead a team of both FOH and BOH employees. Experience in staff coaching and motivating.
>Financial Insight: Understands the basic concepts of food costing, payroll budgeting, and labor schedule.
>HR: Experience in filtering, interviewing new candidates as well as disciplinary action and termination
>Working with HR to maintain proper documentation for staff disciplinary actions
>Implement, oversee, and maintain all policies
The fine print:
Must have a NYC DOH food protection certificate
Three years of management experience - High Volume restaurant
Italian foundation / experience is preferred
