High volume restaurant is seeking a floor manager or maitre'd to add to the team. Evenings and weekend availability are a must.
Qualifications
Possess a food handlers certificate (or willing to get it immediately upon hire)
Open to constructive feedback. You will be training to learn the way we treat our guests and how we operate.
Have exceptional communication skills, especially under pressure. There are periods of time you will need to manage a wait and have a line out the door. Your attitude will directly determine the experience both you and the guests will have.
Have experience directing and organizing a team to set them up for success.
Ability to correct the team in a constructive way.
