Qualifications:
Oversee daily café operations (breakfast & lunch service)
Deep knowledge of coffee, brewing, espressos, etc
Deep knowledge of financials, employment practices, and anything related to running the business portion of a coffee shop.
Knowledge of baked products.
Handle ordering, inventory, and cash management.
Be the go-to person to ensure everything runs efficiently without constant owner oversight.
Lead and support a small team to ensure smooth service.
Create work schedule for team.
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
