We are a Puerto Rican upscale culinary experience in the historic district of San Juan Viejo since 1998, our future is consolidated by owner and former member of the Beach Boys, pianist Carli Munoz.
DUTIES: professional organization of our open kitchen with a sense of quality & time-wise
leadership for our kitchen staff (sous chef, line cook, dishwasher, runner)
punctual preparation and cooking of our signature menu & daily specials
inventory & purchases, contacting suppliers, etc
side-work such as daily-cleaning & weekly-deep-cleaning, etc
CREDENTIALS: American passport or permanent resident – green card
command of spoken SPANISH
