Job Description:
Servers are responsible for providing prompt, professional, and friendly service to all guests of the entire restaurant. The ideal candidate must thrive in a high-volume environment, while working closely with their co-workers in a team oriented atmosphere. Obsessed with Champagne, bubbles, and the people who love it; Charismatic and passionate about the food & beverage industry; Whip smart, creative, fun, and collaborative; Ready for any challenge, positive, optimistic, and willing to take risks; Detail oriented, and happily hands-on to make this restaurant a runaway success!
What you'll do:
Be thoroughly familiar with all menu items, including ingredients, allergens, wine and beverage, and ready to answer all questions accurately
Demonstrate an ability to follow all sequence of service creating a memorable and comfortable time for guests
Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Interact and communicate with all colleagues and guests with genuine hospitality
Set up the dining room with a keen eye for detail including tables, chairs, floors, lighting, temperature, décor, and music
Take and execute orders while accommodating guest’s special needs
Support all team members when requested by management and supervisors
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws
Stock all side stations, fold linens, polish china, silverware, and glassware
Participate in all meetings to completely understand the company’s expanding opportunities, special events, and products
What we need from you:

Experience working as a high-level server in a similar environment
