Charter Coffeehouse is looking for, first off, a humble, hard-working individual that takes pride in anything they do. Secondly, we are looking for an experienced Hospitality Professional (minimum 3 years experience in highly-regarded shop[s]/program[s]/restaurant[s]) for flexible employment with the ability to grow into full time.

Compensation is a competitive hourly + tips.
-Barista (min. start @ $13.50 - 16.50/hr + tips [addn'l $4-$12/hr])
Everyone helps with everything in our shop (cleaning, guest interaction, food prep, set up/break down, et cetera). If you expect to just come in, only make drinks, and leave; this is not the space for you. We work hard, with humilitywithout pretenseand in support of the team around us. Be ready to show some serious aptitude.
We are a multi-roaster shop with a prevalence of guest roasters. We take our tea seriously as well - prep and service of the teas is an important part of our operation.
Experience Required / Traits Expected:

BARISTA on bar at a highly-respected establishment(s) Scales, timers, and practical, proven mechanics/techniques Be prepared to show how comfy you are on bar.
