Founded by bartenders and used behind bars at five-star hotels, stadiums, and resorts, Cheeky Cocktails (www.cheekycocktails.co) is a line of premium non-alcoholic cocktail syrups and juices for the home and bar that are designed to help you unleash your creativity. All our products are made using 100% natural ingredients, with no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.

We're a small team looking for a part-time Office/Fulfillment Manager to help run our Brooklyn facility. We are woman—and minority-founded and committed to building a diverse team. Hospitality experience is NECESSARY for this role, as is an amazing proactive attitude, dedication to excellence and accountability, attention to detail, and ability to do physical work (lift up to 50 lbs, move quickly and efficiently around others, etc.).

We all wear a lot of hats, so this is a management-level position requiring a willingness and flexibility to do a range of activities from managing and assisting with fulfillment, overseeing staff, troubleshooting supply chain, and working with ownership to outsource critical elements of the business. As a fast-growing startup, our business is changing drastically each month.

This is a part-time (2-3 days/week), ON-SITE (not remote) position with potential to grow to full-time in the future. We are located in the Pfizer Building at 630 Flushing Avenue on the Williamsburg/BedStuy border.

Fluency in English is a must. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Office/Fulfillment Manager would be responsible for the following

-Open/Close Brooklyn facility with our production 2-3 days a week (we are open M-F 10 am-6 pm)

-Ensure that e-commerce orders are shipped out accurately and on schedule

-Provide client/customer service/sales support via phone, email, and chatbot

-Fulfill or oversee fulfillment of e-commerce and wholesale orders

-Place routine orders for supplies and inventory

-Troubleshoot issues with vendors, suppliers, freight carriers

-Maintain an organized office environment

-Work with our production lead to maintain product inventory

-Work hand-in-hand with owner on a range of special projects (delegating to our remote executive assistants, responding to press inquiries, making non-coding edits to our website, etc.)

EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES

-Experience as Operations Manager, Office, or Front of House Manager in a startup, CPG, restaurant, or food environment is a must. An interest in the cocktail space an asset

-Comfort using basic software (Google Suite including some use of spreadsheets, email, and project management software)

-Experience or willingness to learn Shopify, POS platforms

-Ability to work standing for extended time in a warehouse environment

-Ability to lift and move cases of product, up to 50 pounds

COMPENSATION

$25/hour - part-time (2-3 days/week) to start, then potential to become full-time as the business grows.
